Slipless Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 15, 2026

Slipless is designed to help you track and reduce one habit at a time while keeping your data private.

What data Slipless collects

Slipless stores the information you enter in the app, such as your selected habit, slips, urges, check-ins, reminders, and settings.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData and UserDefaults. Slipless does not require an account and does not upload your habit history to a server.

Third-party analytics and advertising

Slipless does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Slipless requests notification permission from iOS in order to send local reminder notifications. These notifications are scheduled on-device.

Biometric lock

If you enable Face ID lock, Slipless uses Apple’s LocalAuthentication framework to help protect access to the app. Biometric data is handled by the system and is not collected or stored by Slipless.

Data sharing

Slipless does not sell, share, or transmit your personal habit data to third parties.

Exported content

If you choose to export a progress summary, that export is initiated by you through the standard iOS share sheet. Slipless does not automatically send your data anywhere.
